What to expect from order to doorstep.
Turnaround Time
Everything is made to order, so please allow 1–2 weeks for your piece to be personalized and made before it ships, plus shipping time. This applies to every order, not just custom requests. Working against a deadline? Let us know on your order or through the Contact page and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
Shipping
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the rest of the way. We currently ship within the US. Standard shipping is a flat $5.95 per order, and shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.
