What We Collect
- Order details: name, email, phone (optional), shipping and billing address, items ordered and personalization text.
- Messages and files you send through our contact and custom-order forms.
- Your email address if you join the Boss Club email list.
- Basic site usage data through cookies and analytics tools.
How We Use It
To make and ship your order, answer your questions, send order updates, and, if you subscribed, send occasional emails about new designs and offers. We do not sell your personal information.
Who We Share It With
Only the services needed to run the shop: payment processors (Stripe and, if used, PayPal), shipping carriers, our email provider (MailerLite), and analytics and advertising tools such as Google and Meta. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your session and understand how visitors use the site. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout may not work without them.
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. To see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, email shortyboss@shortybossshop.com.
Data Retention
We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting and customer service, then delete them.
