Made-to-Order Products
Every item is made by hand after you order. Please check spelling, names, sizes and colors before checking out. We print personalization exactly as entered. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the finished product.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Turnaround and shipping details are on our Shipping & Turnaround page. Delivery dates from carriers are estimates.
Returns and Exchanges
Because items are personalized, returns are limited. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details, including what to do if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Custom Designs and Content You Send Us
When you send names, photos, logos or artwork, you confirm you have the right to use them. We may decline any request, including designs that use trademarks, copyrighted characters or content we consider inappropriate.
